Shipping policy

Orders placed at wholesale.thelandmarkproject.com are fulfilled within 1-5 business days. Our business hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 6:00pm. The Landmark Project does not accept pre-orders at this time.

We strive to ship all orders complete, however, if we are unable to fulfill an order for any reason the customer will be contacted via email by the customer service representative (CSR). For any orders where payment was made at the time of checkout, a refund will be issued for all unavailable items before the order is shipped. 

If a customer has specific shipping and receiving guidelines, they should be submitted and clearly communicated via email to the CSR prior to placing their order. Orders will be shipped FOB Origin via FedEx Ground or USPS (depending on the weight and dimensions of the package) unless otherwise communicated by the customer to the CSR before the order is shipped. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the package type, dimensions, total weight, and the origin and destination of the shipment (all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Greenville, South Carolina). Shipping costs will be paid for by the customer on a prepaid, add & handling basis and will automatically be calculated at the time of checkout unless a UPS or FedEx account number has been provided by the customer.
