Refund policy
The Landmark Project does not accept returns for reasons other than defective merchandise or a packing error.
If you are a customer that has received damaged or defective merchandise in your shipment, please send photos of the merchandise along with a brief explanation to orders@thelandmarkproject.com. Once the photos have been assessed and approved, customers will have the option to be refunded or sent replacements for the damaged/defective items.
If you are a customer that has received incorrect merchandise (i.e. - items that you did not order) in your shipment, please email orders@thelandmarkproject.com and we will respond quickly with instructions for how to start a return. We will ship the correct items as soon as possible upon being notified of our mistake. If for any reason the items are unavailable to ship, a refund or credit memo will be issued.
Cancellations & Order Revisions:
The Landmark Project ships all orders within 1-5 business days. If a customer wishes to cancel or revise their order, they can contact the CSR to request changes. Change requests are not guaranteed (for example, if an order is already packed or in transit) and may be subject to a restocking fee.
