Wholesale Pricing Rules

Dealers may only purchase products with the intention of selling via their official business channels. They may not use discounted wholesale pricing for personal use or share their login information with parties outside of their business. Dealers wishing to order size samples, employee gifts or swag, etc. should reach out to their CSR for a one time discount code.

Selling Locations and Sales Channels

Products from The Landmark Project may only be sold to consumers via a dealer’s official business channels such as a brick and mortar location, business ecommerce site, and/or business social media channels. Landmark reserves the right to review a dealer’s sales channel and deny future sales on specific channels should those channels not align with Landmark.

Products sold to dealers may NOT be resold through any personal channels such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craig’s List, Amazon store, Poshmark, Thredup, etc.

MAP Policy

MAP for all products from The Landmark Project can be found at the individual product listing on wholesale.thelandmarkproject.com (listed as the MSRP). All advertised prices must be at or above MAP for all Landmark products where a MAP price has been established by Landmark. Resellers are not required to list prices in advertising.  If a price is listed in an advertisement it must be at or above MAP.

Resellers are also responsible for ensuring their pricing is at or above MAP on internet search engines. Resellers are free to set the actual resale price of any product as long as it is at or above MAP price given the most recent publication of the price list. Landmark's MAP policy for all Landmark products apply to advertising placements, including but not limited to: print ads (inserts, magazines, newspapers, catalogs, mail order catalogs, etc.), broadcast (radio and TV), direct mail, faxes, internet placement with third parties (banner ads, broadcast emails, destination pages, third-party sites), internet placements on resellers own website, and any flyers, posters or coupons.

From time to time, The Landmark Project may permit resellers to advertise MAP products at prices lower than the MAP. MAP breaks must be approved by a CSR at The Landmark Project. In such events, Landmark reserves the right to modify or suspend the MAP price with respect to the affected products for a specified period of time by providing advance notice to all resellers of such changes.
