Dealer FAQs

How do I apply to become a retailer?

Simply fill out the Trade Professional Application (At the top of the website). You'll hear back from us within 1-2 days.

Your tees are super soft, what are they made of?

Our tees are knit from a sustainable blend of 60% BCI Cotton and 40% Recycled Polyester.

Why did you recently raise your prices on tees?

Over the past 2 years, Landmark has invested in more sustainable fabrics with the goal to reduce the social and environmental impact of our garments. All of our tees are now sustainably made, and whereas we celebrate this milestone, this improvement to our product comes with additional costs. We’re confident that our consumers will resonate with our goals to be better stewards.

Additionally, we’ve experienced considerable increases in shipping costs and supply chain disruptions. We’ve absorbed these costs as long as we can, but a price adjustment to some of our products is a necessary step to keep moving forward as a company and providing the best service possible to our customers.

Why did you recently raise your price on small posters?

Two reasons - The cost of paper has dramatically increased during the pandemic, and we’ve elevated the overall quality of our posters. We recently engaged a new print shop in Chicago that has helped us dial in our print consistency and packaging so that posters are protected all the way to the customers door.

What if my desired item is out of stock?
Products will be monitored and restocked once passing below a certain inventory threshold. In some cases, we may have 0 stock of certain products. In this case it’s likely our print shop has already scheduled the reprint and is working on getting it back on the shelves within a few weeks. Signing up for back-in-stock alerts (on the product page) is the best way to be notified the minute a product is restocked.

Can you guarantee that you’ll have the items I need in stock since I can’t plan my future assortment with preorders anymore?
While supply chains are still uncertain, we cannot guarantee that specific products will be in stock. Our goal is to keep best sellers in stock at all times, and to restock regional graphics quickly once availability is low. In the long term we believe this transition will prove beneficial for you, but the process will have a few disruptions.

If something is out of stock, how long until it is restocked again?
Restocks should only take 2-3 weeks once the program is through its transition. Our goal is to be in a consistent restock rhythm by spring 2022.

What is the best way for me to know that something is back in stock?
If a product is out of stock, you will see an option to sign up for back-in-stock alerts. We highly recommend you use this tool. Customers will receive an email the minute inventory is reloaded.

What if I want to order more of an item than the amount that you currently have in stock?
We don’t plan to have a secret back stock. Customers are limited to only the products available and visible on the website.

Why is the design/product I always ordered in the past not available anymore? Can I still order it?
In order for us to have more availability of best-selling products, we’ve had to eliminate a few designs. We don’t love this either, but it helps us provide better service to our accounts. It also gives us room to bring fresh, new designs into the collection.

Why did I receive a mixed shipment of sustainable and conventional tees?

Although our new sustainable tees are now the majority of our inventory, some conventional tees are still being sold until the inventory is depleted. While this transition is happening, there is a possibility you may receive a mixed shipment of sustainable and conventional tees. There is no noticeable difference in the fit, feel, weight, and graphics. Only the origins of the fibers have changed - and for the better!

We’ve taken great care to make this transition an effortless experience for our retail partners. We thank you in advance for helping us make the jump and be better stewards of our environment. We expect this transition period to only last one season.
